Employers no longer need to wait for people to apply to their jobs as the patented Yeehire platform assess every single candidate on the platform and gives them a percentage ranking score in comparison to the job. Employers can adjust the matching threshold so that they only see job seekers above a certain percentage fit, meaning you can see 2 or 300, saving you time and money.

Once you have assessed your matched candidates, you simply purchase the profile by using a credit. Once you have purchased the profile, the candidates profile is moved to your shortlist and you can interact with the candidate via chat and video all within the platform. Waiting has been eliminated.

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
A Premium Candidate gives you control. As a premium candidate, your profile is marked as premium so you stand out from the crowd, your profile will be on the top of the list (as long as you satisfy the selection criteria), and you are able to initiate a chat with the employer.

AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS
- For Premium Subscription (Jobseekers Only), length of period is one (1) month which costs $10 per credit.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
